Our Mission
To empower communities through sustainable programmes in education, healthcare and social welfare, creating opportunities for people to build better lives.
Who We Are
The Al-Qaem Educational Foundation Trust is more than just a charity; it is a permanent, irrevocable promise to the people of India. Founded in April 2025 by Hasan Abbas in Mau, Uttar Pradesh, our organization was born from the fundamental belief that we can and must do more to support the most vulnerable among us.
Registered under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882, we have a legal and moral obligation to use every resource for our charitable objectives. Our core principle is to serve humanity without any discrimination based on caste, creed, race, or religion. While we serve all, we maintain a special focus on orphans, the impoverished, and those left behind by educational inequality. Our work is guided by our board of trustees and a commitment to transparency, with all accounts audited annually by a Chartered Accountant.
Our Commitment Education, dignity and service for all

Education Creates Opportunity
We believe that empowering a girl means empowering an entire community. In many areas, boys can travel to nearby towns for education, while girls may face social and practical barriers that limit their opportunities. Al-Qaem Educational Trust seeks to bridge this gap by bringing education and support closer to girls in their own community. Although the Trust was officially registered in 2025, its commitment to community welfare grew from work and needs identified over time.
Al-Qaem Educational Foundation Trust is a registered charitable organisation working to address educational, training, social and economic challenges. Our aim is to help individuals and communities access opportunities that support a more secure and dignified future.
We chose Purah Maroof in Mau district, Uttar Pradesh, because the community has identified a need for better access to both religious and mainstream education. The area includes a Shia Muslim community, and our work aims to respond to local needs while respecting the dignity and aspirations of every family.
We have established Madrasa Dar-ul-Zahra to support girls' education. When girls have access to learning, they gain knowledge, confidence and skills that can benefit their families and future generations. Our goal is to help create an environment where girls can learn and develop their potential.
Wisdom · Guidance · Community
Guiding our mission with wisdom and experience, the Majlis-e-Mushawarat is our esteemed advisory board. This council of respected scholars and community leaders provides invaluable consultation on our projects, helping ensure that our work remains aligned with spiritual values and the genuine needs of our community.
With the guidance of our scholars and community leaders, we strive to serve with sincerity, responsibility and a commitment to lasting community welfare.
Alqaem Educational Foundation Trust is a government-registered, irrevocable charitable trust based in Mau, UP. We are dedicated to the holistic empowerment of underprivileged girls and vulnerable communities across India through education, healthcare, and welfare programs.
